Jeff & Michelle had one of the most emotion filled weddings I’ve ever been apart of. When Michelle saw her dad for the first time as she was ascending down the stairs on her way to see Jeff for the first time, both of their eyes welled with tears. Seeing his only daughter in her wedding dress on her way to see her husband caused him to need his hanky to dry his eyes. As Michelle continued down the hallway and out the door onto the veranda, tears of joy once again fell from her eyes as she saw Jeff for the first time. And even though Jeff had already see his bride, when the church doors opened and the music started playing, he teared up again as she came walking down the long aisle of the church with her dad. After the I do’s were said and portraits were taken in the beautiful secret gardenesque quadrangle at the Royal Park Hotel, the toasts brought another set of tears to everyone’s eyes.
There were so many sweet and tender moments between these two and their family all day long and that was one of my favorite parts of the day. It’s incredible getting to experience that love and joy alongside my couples on their wedding day. One of the cutest moment’s I’ve probably ever seen at a wedding was Jeff’s grandma on one side of his family and his grandpa on the other side of his family slow dancing together on the dance floor. They are both in their nineties and it was one of those moments that Jeff & his family were all soaking in and oohing over how adorable they were!
Jeff and Michelle, I’m so happy to be the one you trusted to document one of the most special and meaningful days of your lives.
