Most days you'll find me sitting at my kitchen counter, clad in a mix of J.Crew and Zara (in neutral colors, of course), pouring my heart into this business of mine while dancing along to my latest Spotify playlist and sipping on a cup of hot tea. I'm an award-winning, published wedding photographer that is obsessed with all things classic and elegant. I'm a former California girl, but a true Midwesterner at heart. I love warm hugs, live music and getting texts from my brides that they cried when they saw their wedding photos!! I live for mornings on my yoga mat and green juice after. Among friends, I'm known for never missing an episode of The Bachelor on Monday nights, overusing exclamation points, and disliking coffee (but loving coffee shops)!

I met up with Calsey & Ken recently for their Detroit Engagement Photos at the Detroit Institute of Arts!! We started in the beautiful Diego Rivera Courtyard, probably one of my favorite indoor spots in Detroit! You can’t beat the murals in this space, the natural light & the beautiful architecture!!
I met up with Kim & Steve recently for their engagement session in downtown Northville, the same place where Steve proposed a few months prior!! Kim is my cousin/friend/go to travel partner and I was so excited to capture her & Steve in front of my camera!!!
Melynda & Michael’s Chicago New Year’s Eve wedding marked my last wedding of 2019 and what a one it was to end on!! I had never photographed a NYE wedding before theirs & now I cannot wait for the wedding I have this year on NYE!!
Eva & Sungju were married the last weekend of December at a beautiful Zingerman’s Cornman Farms wedding! The fog was thick in the morning when I arrived at the Zingerman’s Cornman Farms farmhouse and rain was drizzling on and off. Despite the weather, Eva was as happy as can be as she got her hair & make-up done!
