I met up with Allison and Bryan recently to take their fall engagement photos in Downtown Birmingham and while the leaves hadn’t fully changed yet, we had the most spectacular yellow trees in the spot we found right along the lake! They live in Birmingham and I was so excited when they brought their adorable dog, Fletcher, along for some photos of the three of them! He was the cutest thing ever and was so sweet and well behaved during their photos! It was lightly raining almost the entire session and Allison and Bryan were champs, never letting that affect their mood. They were totally cool with it and game to keep going and finish out the engagement session! After a quick outfit change, we headed downtown to finish the session with some city shots! Allison had on the perfect fall outfit, a rust colored skirt and a black off the shoulder blouse with flowers on it in earthy tones, and I just love the way it popped against the most incredible wrought iron door we found! It reminded me of all of the gorgeous wrought iron on the Upper East Side in New York and also served as the perfect covered spot to get out of the rain for a bit! I had so much fun with these two despite the weather and I can’t wait to photograph their Townsend Hotel wedding next August!!
